SCS PREMIUM ELASTOMERIC COATING:
This is an excellent, multipurpose highly flexible, white acrylic coating. This UL Rated product resists cracking, peeling, and mildew, while offering durability and long term life. It provides an excellent reflective barrier from the sun's heat and UV rays, and is CRRC approved. This helps to cool the roof surfaces and leads to a reduction of interior temperatures.
SCS Premium Elastomeric can be applied on Metal roofs, BUR, Polyurethane Foam Roofs and most single ply roofs.

A premium 100% Acrylic elastomeric basecoat and topcoat with excellent UV resistance and adhesion to asphaltic substrates. It has the ability to help level the profile of existing granulated surfaces. Its high elongation properties give the ability to handle significant substrate movement. SCS BUR-BC/TC is a single component, bleed resistant, high build, water based material; excellent for waterproofing and providing long term protection of asphaltic substrates such as
Built-up Roofing and SBS Modified -Bitumen Roofing.

SCS Ultra Premium Elastomeric Coating is a single component, water-based material. It is excellent for many applications such as stucco, siding, polyurethane foam, metal, concrete, BUR, as well as previously coated surfaces. It is intended for application over spray applied polyurethane
foam and single ply membranes (Hypalon, EPDM, and PVC.), and is suitable for coating over Built-Up-Roofs, metal roofs, stucco, cinder block, and concrete.

This is a high solids, highly flexible, water based white acrylic coating designed with heat reflective, borosilicate ceramic spheres for superior heat reflectivity. This product resists cracking, peeling, and mildew, while offering durability and long term life. It expands and contracts with roof movement to resist damage, and provide an excellent reflective barrier from the suns heat and UV rays. This helps to cool the roof surfaces and leads to a reduction of interior temperatures.
SCS Premium Elastomeric can be applied on Metal roofs, BUR, and Polyurethane Foam Roofs.

SCS MB ELASTOMERIC COATING:
Premium 100% Acrylic elastomeric coatings with unsurpassed adhesion to asphaltic substrates, even in ponded areas. It provides excellent resistance to UV degradation. SCS MB is a single component, bleed resistant, high build, water based material; excellent for waterproofing and providing long term protection of asphaltic substrates such as
Built-up, Modified-Bitumen roofing, as well as PVC and Hypalon single ply membranes.

SCS SOLARTHANE BC/TC ELASTOMERIC COATING:
This is a high solids, moisture-catalyzed single component polyurethane coating system. The system consists of Solarthane BC, an aromatic polyurethane basecoat, and Solarthane TC, a UV-resistant, 100% aliphatic polyurethane top coat. This combination provides an excellent balance of tensile strength, elongation and hardness, resulting in long term flexibility and impact resistance. High abrasion resistance also offers protection from foot traffic and severe weather resistance. It is very resistant to ponding water.

SCS KYNAR ELASTOMERIC COATING:
This coating was developed for adhesion to most substrates, including several types of fluorinated coatings such as Kynar and Hymar. It is designed for applications where long term heat reflective performance and color retention is required. It also has long term gloss retention, mildew resistance, plasticizer migration resistance, dirt pickup resistance, and stain resistance.

SCS PREMIUM WALL COAT:
This coating was specifically developed to waterproof all types of concrete, masonry and stucco walls. It has the ability to uniformly cover the profile of textured surfaces, effectively covers hairline cracks, and bridges hairline cracking from future building movement. It cures in a two stage process. The exposed surface cross links under ultraviolet light, while the subsurface is protected from further cross linking and retains a permanent elastomeric bond to the concrete. This allows the system repel dirt, mildew, pollution without sacrificing flexibility. It will not harden or slump with age or changes in temperature.

SCS DECK COAT:
SCS DECK COAT is high quality water based acrylic coating with an epoxy additive which increases abrasion resistance. A special spherical silica sand is suspended in the mixture. It was developed for use over concrete, masonry and stucco surfaces. It is recommended for use over recreational courts, walkways, pool decks, patio decks, tennis courts, etc. It can be combined with a basecoat to provide a waterproof membrane for balconies and lanais. For an all water based system, prime concrete with SCS SPF/Penetrant Sealer.

EMULSIONS AND ALUMINUMS

SCS EMULSION:
A Non-Fibered Asphalt Emulsion. This is a UL rated, professional grade product for coating Built-Up-Roofs, metal, concrete, or other roof surfaces. It is especially useful for use in polyester reinforced systems. It is non-flammable, odorless, and bonds to damp or dry surfaces. It can also be used for damp proofing above or below grade foundation walls and sealing masonry surfaces and retaining walls.

SCS ELASTOMERIC EMULSION:
This is a rubberized roof coating, which can be applied over most types of roof surfaces. This professional grade, watertight coating forms a seamless barrier that will withstand water. It’s elastomeric properties and superior bonding ability produce an outstanding basecoat and waterproofing layer for protection of almost any roof surface. The elastomeric properties enable it to expand and contract with the roof surface to resist peeling, cracking, and checking. It can be applied on
modified bitumen, built-up-roofing, asphalt, metal, concrete, and coal tar roofs.

SCS ALUMINUM EMULSION:
A UL rated, technologically advanced, high quality reflective coating that provides a tough layer of protection over roof surfaces. This water-based Aluminum Emulsion provides a brilliant reflective surface which helps keep the roof cool while preserving it from deterioration. This professional grade coating can be applied over virtually any type of roof surface. It contains built-in rust inhibitors and is easy to mix and apply. As a water-based coating, SCS Aluminum Emulsion is non-polluting, non-toxic and non-combustible.

PRIMERS/SEALANTS
|

|
SCS BRUSHABLE WHITE ELASTIC PATCH:
An all purpose, brushable grade exterior repair compound designed for use on roofs, walls, metal, ducting and other building materials. It is an extra tough, flexible repair compound designed to patch splits, cracks and holes in the roof surface and walls. The water based patch dries quickly to a non-tacky surface which offers great adhesion to a variety of surfaces. It is designed to repair cracks and holes up to 1” in width. Solar Guard Polyester is advisable to use as reinforcement. It remains flexible while it expands and contracts with the roof movement, and is ideal to use with all water-based Solar Coating Systems products.

SCS CLEARSEAL/PRIMER:
A premium acrylic primer/sealant for mineral cap sheet roofs, concrete, or other porous or loose surfaces.

|
|
SCS HR PRIMER:
Stabilizes and secures substrates for the application of elastomeric coatings. Has extremely high adhesion properties which provides a bond far greater than typical coatings. Material has over 1500% elongation and can fill and/or bridge hairline cracks. Even when completely cured the surface remains tacky providing an optimum surface for the adhesion of elastomeric roof coatings.

SCS SPF PRIMER/PENETRANT:
A clear, single component epoxy primer/sealer. It incorporates a state of the art waterbased technology to produce an extremely versatile product that penetrates and seals porous substrates. It increases the bond of acrylic, polyurethane, butyl and epoxy topcoats to a variety of surfaces. It also helps to “solidify” punky or chalky surfaces

SCS SKYLITE SEALANT:

SCS EPDM PREP:
Cleaning and Surface solution for preparation of EPDM prior to acrylic coating.

SCS CRACK PATCH:
A premixed, ready to use 100% acrylic polymer crack filler. It requires no additional cement or water. It is designed to repair cracks and holes in concrete walls up to ½” in width. Polyester can be used as reinforcement. It is highly flexible, trowels easily, and will not effloresce.
